- Visit the official website of GIMS Greater Noida at www.gims.ac.in.
- Fill out the online application form with all correct personal, educational, and experience details before the deadline on 04 October 2026 (05:00 PM).
- Upload required documents including Date of Birth certificate (Matriculation), academic certificates, mark sheets, teaching experience certificates, reprint of publications, NOC from current employer, and caste certificate (if applicable).
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 1180/- online and keep the fee receipt/demand draft details.
- Take a printout of the successfully submitted online application form.
- Send the Hard Copy of the application, self-attested documents, and fee receipt via Registered Post / Speed Post Only.
- The envelope must be super scribed as ‘Application for faculty position’ and addressed to: The Director, Government Institute of Medical Sciences, Kasna, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, UP (India)-201310.
- The hard copy must reach the institute on or before 10 October 2026 (05:00 PM). Applications by hand will not be entertained.
