How to Apply & Attend Walk-In Interview for ESIC Faridabad Recruitment 2026
- Visit the official ESIC website at esic.gov.in and go to the “Recruitment” section to download the detailed advertisement and application format.
- Print the mandatory offline application form and fill it out completely with accurate personal and educational details.
- Paste a recent passport-size photograph on the application form and prepare the required Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- (if applicable to your category).
- Gather all original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies, including: Class 10th Certificate (for Date of Birth proof), all MBBS Mark Sheets and Attempt Certificates, MD/MS/DNB Degree Certificates, Valid Caste/EWS/PwD Certificate, State/NMC Medical Registration Certificate (updated), Experience Certificates, Aadhaar Card, and NOC from the current employer (if working in Govt./Autonomous institutions).
