Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC), a premier statutory organization under the Ministry of Power, Government of India, has released a recruitment notification for 09 vacancies of Overman on a contractual basis for its coal mining projects. Candidates possessing a Diploma in Mining Engineering with a valid DGMS Overman’s Certificate and 3 years experience in opencast coal mines can apply online from 03 September 2026 to 21 September 2026 (till 23:59 Hrs) at dvc.gov.in. Fixed monthly remuneration is Rs. 45,000/-.

Eligibility Criteria

| Experience | Minimum 3 Years of Post-Qualification Experience working in opencast coal mines as an Overman. |
