- Visit the official DRDO website - drdo.gov.in.
- Navigate to the “Careers / What’s New” section and download the RCI Fellowship notification PDF and prescribed application format.
- Fill out the application form with personal details, educational qualifications (B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc marks), valid GATE/NET score, and research background.
- Attach self-attested copies of: 10th, 12th, B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, M.Sc / Ph.D. Marksheets & Degree Certificates. Valid GATE / CSIR-UGC NET / SLET Scorecard. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL), EWS / PwD Certificate (if applicable). Aadhaar Card / Photo ID Proof and Two Recent Passport-size Photographs.
- Enclose the application form and documents in an envelope superscribed “Application for the Post of [RA / JRF - Discipline] - Advt 2026”.
