DRDO RCI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online 195 Graduate, Technician & Trade Apprentice Posts
Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) - Research Centre Imarat (RCI), Hyderabad has released a notification for the engagement of 195 Graduate, Technician (Diploma), and Trade (ITI) Apprentices for the year 2027 under the Apprentices Act 1961. Young and meritorious Indian Nationals who have completed their respective degrees/diplomas/ITI in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026 with a minimum of 70% marks can apply online through the NATS / NAPS apprenticeship portals. The last date to apply is within 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.

- Note: It is mandatory to have an Aadhaar Seeded/Linked Bank account to receive the stipend under the DBT Scheme.

- B.E. / B.Tech in ECE, Instrumentation Engg, EEE, CSE, Mechanical, Chemical Engg, Metallurgical Engg, Safety Engg, Aeronautical Engg, Aerospace Engg, and Civil Engg.
- Diploma in ECE, Instrumentation Engg, EEE, CSE, Mechanical, Chemical Engg, Metallurgical Engg, and Safety Engg.
- ITI Pass (NCVT / SCVT) in Fitter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Mechanic-Diesel, Electronic-Mechanic, Electrician, COPA, Draughtsman Engg (Mech), and Grinder.
How to Apply Online for DRDO RCI Hyderabad Apprentice Recruitment 2026
- Before applying, ensure you fulfill the eligibility criteria, especially the 70% marks/CGPA 7.5 requirement and the passing year criteria.
- For Graduate and Diploma Candidates: Register on the NATS 2.0 portal at nats.education.gov.in. After registration, log in and select “Research Centre Imarat, DRDO” (Enrolment ID: STLRAC000010) to apply.
- For ITI Trade Candidates: Register on the Apprenticeship portal at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. After registration, log in, go to “Apprenticeship Opportunities”, search for “RESEARCH CENTRE IMARAT, DRDO” (Establishment ID: E05203600040), and click Apply for your respective trade.
- Fill in all mandatory details carefully and ensure your Aadhaar is linked to your bank account for stipend DBT purposes.
- Submit the application form before the deadline (30 days from the publication of the advertisement).
- Selection will be made on the basis of Academic Merit / Interview. Shortlisted candidates will be informed via the registered E-mail ID.
- Shortlisted candidates must bring the duly filled application form, NATS/NAPS profile printout, all original educational and identity documents, Aadhaar seeded bank passbook, and a medical fitness certificate at the time of document verification.
