How to Apply Offline for DMHO Wanaparthy Recruitment 2026
- Visit the official website of Wanaparthy District at wanaparthy.telangana.gov.in.
- Go to the “Notices” > “Recruitment” section and download the detailed notification and application form.
- Fill in the application form carefully with your personal details, educational qualifications, and contact information.
- Paste a recent passport-size photograph on the application form.
- Obtain a Demand Draft (DD) for the required application fee (Rs. 300/- for OC/BC and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST).
- Attach self-attested copies of all necessary documents including SSC Certificate, 10+2 Certificate, Qualifying Exam Pass Certificate, Marks Memos, Registration Certificates, Caste/Community Certificate, and Study Certificates (4th to 10th class).
- Submit the filled-in application form along with the DD and enclosures either in person or through registered post.
- Send the application to the District Medical & Health Officer (DM&HO), Wanaparthy District.
- The application must reach the office on or before the last date, which is 09 October 2026. Applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected.
