Employment Notice No. 02/2026 has been released by the Directorate of Lighthouses and Lightships (DLL), Goa, under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways, Government of India. DLL Goa Technician Vacancy 2026: Total 01 Post
- The qualification required is a Diploma from a recognized institution in Electronics Engineering OR Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) OR Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or a combination of these, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience of at least 01 Year is required in installing and maintaining wireless transmitters, receivers, aerial systems and the associated power plant.
- Desirable: Experience with handling microwave equipment.
How to Apply Offline for DLL Goa Technician Recruitment 2026
- Open dgll.nic.in, the official DGLL website, or use ncs.gov.in, the National Career Service portal.
- Download both documents: Employment Notice No. 02/2026 and the prescribed application format, Annexure-I.
- Use good quality paper of A-4 size to print the application form, using only one side.
- Complete the application form by hand yourself. Use a ballpoint pen with blue or black ink and write in bold English capital letters.
- In the designated space, paste one recent colour photograph measuring 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm. Sign inside the box underneath. Attach one extra identical photograph, writing your name and category on its reverse.
- Sign in running hand, then place your left thumb impression inside the designated box.
- Arrange self-attested photocopies of all required enclosures in the order below and stitch them firmly: Matriculation / Higher Secondary Certificate (to prove Date of Birth). Diploma Passing Certificate with semester-wise mark lists. Experience Certificate showing a minimum of 1 year in installation/maintenance. A valid EWS Income & Asset Certificate for FY 2026-27, based on income for 2025-26, issued by the competent authority using the prescribed DoPT format (Annexure-IV). Disability Certificate using Annexure-III (if applicable). No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by your present employer (if employed in Govt/PSU).
- Put all enclosures and the completed application form inside an envelope. Clearly write these on its top: “Application for the post of Technician (Electronics)” and “Employment Notice No. 02/2026”.
- Use Speed Post or Registered Post to send your application to: The Director, Directorate of Lighthouses and Lightships, ‘Deep Bhavan’, Near GMC Stadium, Bambolim, North Goa, Goa - 403202.
- The office must receive your application on or before 08 December 2026 (05:00 PM). For candidates living in Assam, Meghalaya, NE states, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep, and other remote areas, it must arrive on or before 22 December 2026.
