Captain Williamson Sangma State University (CWSSU), Meghalaya has released a notification (Advt No. CWSSU/ESTT/SHG/ 01/2025/Pt-I/281) for the recruitment of various teaching positions. The vacancies include Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor across 18 different departments. CWSSU Faculty Recruitment 2026: Vacancy Details & Eligibility
- Ph.D. Degree in the concerned subject.
- Minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals.
- Total Research Score of 120 as per UGC Regulations, 2018.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience at an equivalent level.
- Ph.D. degree in the concerned subject.
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.
- Minimum of 8 years of teaching/research experience.
- Minimum of 7 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals with a total Research Score of 75.
- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC Non-creamy Layer) in the concerned subject.
- Must have cleared NET / CSIR-NET or SLET / SET.
- OR Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC Regulations 2009/2016 (exempted from NET/SLET/SET).

- Applications shall be accepted ONLY through the online recruitment portal at https://rpa.meghalaya.gov.in/cwssu. Applications submitted via email, post, courier, or any other mode will not be accepted.
- The portal will open on 22nd September 2026 and close at midnight on 11th October 2026.
