Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has released the notification for the engagement of ITI Trade Apprentices and Technician (Vocational) Apprentices under the Apprentices Act 1961. Eligible candidates (domicile of Kerala) can apply online from 16 September 2026 to 08 October 2026.

Cochin Shipyard Apprentice 2026: Vacancy Details & Eligibility
- Pass in Xth (10th) standard.
- Pass in ITI (National Trade Certificate - NTC) in the relevant trade.
- Domicile: The applicant must be a domicile of Kerala.
- Pass in Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE) in the concerned discipline.

How to Apply Online for CSL Apprentice 2026
- Interested candidates should go through the User Manual published on the website www.cochinshipyard.in (Career page - CSL Kochi) before filling the online application.
- The application process consists of two phases: One time Registration in the SAP E-recruitment portal of CSL. Submission of application against the applicable Trade/Vocation.
- Applicants should ensure that all certificates towards proof of age, educational qualification, caste, disability, etc., and a recent passport-size colour photograph are uploaded correctly in the portal.
- Applicants must hold a valid Equivalency Certificate if they possess qualifications equivalent to the prescribed ones.
- After successful submission, applicants must retain a soft copy/printout of the online application containing the unique registration number for future reference.
- The online portal will remain open from 16 September 2026 to 08 October 2026.
