CSIR NEIST DR & MTS Result 2026 OUT Download Candidates List
Council of Scientific and Industrial Research - North East Institute of Science and Technology (CSIR-NEIST), Jorhat, Assam has released the provisional result/shortlist for the Driver (DR) and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) recruitment under Advt. No. 01/2026-REC. The lists contain the application IDs of candidates who are provisionally recommended for the next stage of the selection process, as well as those who are not recommended, along with the reasons for rejection. Shortlisted candidates for the Driver post will proceed to the next stage, while MTS candidates will appear for the Written Examination. Candidates can file representations against rejection on or before 10 October 2026.

- Provisionally recommended candidates will be called for the Next Stage of Recruitment (e.g., Driving / Trade Test).
- Provisionally recommended candidates will be called for the Written Examination.
How to Check Your Name in the CSIR-NEIST Result List
- Visit the official website of CSIR-NEIST at www.neist.res.in.
- Go to the Recruitment / Careers section on the homepage.
- Click on the specific result PDF links for “Driver (DR)” and “Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)” under Advt. No. 01/2026-REC.
- Open the PDF file. Both lists are arranged by Application ID in ascending order.
- Use your browser’s or PDF viewer’s “Find” function (Ctrl+F) and type your Application ID.
- Check which section your ID appears in. If it is in the “Provisionally Recommended” list, note your serial number and prepare for the next stage.
- If your Application ID is in the “Not Recommended” list, read the specific reason for rejection mentioned against your name.
- Candidates with valid grievances can submit their representation via the prescribed method on or before 10 October 2026.
- Note: The recommendation is provisional and subject to the verification of all original testimonials/documents.
