Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute (CNCI), Kolkata has released an internal promotion circular for 12 vacancies, including Assistant Nursing Superintendent, Nursing Sister, Accounts Officer, Administrative Officer, and Senior Scientific Assistant posts. Note: This is NOT an open recruitment for the general public. Only eligible existing employees of CNCI can apply for promotion through the Departmental Promotion Committee. Eligible staff must submit their applications in hard copy through their respective Section Head on or before 30 September 2026.

How to Apply Offline for CNCI Internal Promotion 2026
- Obtain the prescribed internal promotion application form from the CNCI administration/HR department.
- Select the post for which the promotion is sought.
- Enter your details carefully including Employee’s Name, Employee Code, Category, and Current Designation.
- Provide the date of appointment in the current post and the date of initial joining at CNCI.
- Enter the initial and present pay levels, and the total number of years of service in the current post.
- Provide the date of the last promotion (if applicable) and details of any new qualifications acquired during service at CNCI.
- Attach all necessary supporting documents verifying your service and qualifications.
- Sign the declaration and submit the hard copy to your respective Head of Department or Section Head.
- Ensure that the forwarded application reaches The Director, Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute, Kolkata, West Bengal on or before 30 September 2026.
