The Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) has invited online applications from eligible Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders for 108 apprenticeship training positions. Candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu who completed their relevant qualifications in 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or May 2026 can apply online through the NATS portal on or before 17 October 2026.

CMWSSB Apprentice 2026: Vacancy Details & Eligibility
- A full-time Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by a statutory university or authorized institution.
- Or a graduate examination conducted by a professional body and recognized by the Govt as equivalent.
- A full-time Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education/University.
- Must be recognized by the Central/State Govt as equivalent.
How to Apply Online for CMWSSB Apprentice Recruitment 2026
- For Candidates Already Registered on NATS: Visit the NATS 2.0 portal at nats.education.gov.in. Log in using your registered email address and password. Navigate to the “Apply Against Advertised Vacancies” section. Search for “Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board” or use the Establishment User ID: STNCHS000035. Check the qualification details and click the Apply option. Ensure the application status shows “Applied.”
- For First-Time NATS Registration: Visit the NATS portal at nats.education.gov.in and select the Student option. Click “Student Register” and complete the registration and application form to obtain your 12-digit NATS enrolment number. Log in using the newly created credentials, go to “Apply Against Advertised Vacancies”, search for Establishment ID STNCHS000035, and apply.
