This paid call out duty covers Disaster Management, Hostile Attack, and Winter Action Plan 2026 in Delhi, continuing up to 31 March 2027. Applications are open to eligible enrolled volunteers from Central North District and erstwhile Shahdara District with previous call out duty from 01.01.2026 to 30.09.2026. • Must be enrolled in Delhi Civil Defence Corps as a member from Central North District or erstwhile Shahdara District.
• Previous Call Out Duty in Central North District during 01.01.2026 to 30.09.2026 is required.
• Valid tenure is required, along with a renewal application submitted as per SOP and completion of Basic Training / Foundation Course.
• Must be listed as active CDVs during Mega Mustering on 11.05.2025 & 17.05.2026, or have applied under the circular dated 22.09.2026.

How to Apply Offline for Delhi Civil Defence Recruitment 2026

1. Use the official notice to obtain or print the prescribed application proforma.
2. Complete the application form with all details: Name, Enrollment Number, Rank, Date of Enrollment and Renewal Date, along with Basic Training details.
3. Paste a recent passport-size photograph inside the application form's designated box.
4. Attach self-attested photocopies of these documents: C-Form; Basic Training Certificate; Advance Training Certificate (if any); Valid Renewal Order / receiving receipt; Aadhaar Card; PAN Card; a Bank passbook copy or a cancelled cheque; educational certificates; and certificates for technical skills (Computer/Driving).
5. On 29.10.2026 and 30.10.2026, submit the application form with all enclosures between 11:00 AM to 05:00 PM at this address: District Civil Defence Office, Office Complex of District Magistrate (Central North), Old Middle School Building, Lawrence Road, Rampura, Delhi - 110035.
6. Attend the personal interview on 03 November 2026 at 10:00 AM before the selection committee. The venue is the Chamber of ADM (Central-North), Office Complex of District Magistrate Central North, Rampura, Delhi.
7. Bring all original certificates, C-form, training certificates and ID proof to the interview for verification.
