Directorate of Medical Education (CGDME), Chhattisgarh has officially commenced the Online Registration and Choice Filling process for Chhattisgarh NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Counselling for admission into MBBS and BDS courses in State Government and Private Medical / Dental Colleges of Chhattisgarh. Eligible NEET UG 2026 qualified candidates can complete their Round 2 registration by 8 September 2026 and complete choice filling & locking by 09 September 2026 through the official portal cgdme.admissions.nic.in.

Details / Guidelines
- Candidates must have qualified the NEET UG 2026 examination.
- Candidates who did not get a seat in Round 1 or opted for upgradation are eligible.
- Fresh candidates who could not register in Round 1 can register anew for Round 2.
- Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
- All Government Medical / Dental Colleges in Chhattisgarh & Private Medical Colleges.
How to Register & Fill Choices for CG NEET UG Round 2 Counselling 2026
- Visit the official CGDME admission website: cgdme.admissions.nic.in.
- For Registered Candidates (Round 1): Log in using your existing Application Number / Roll Number and Password.
- For Fresh Candidates: Click on “New Candidate Registration”, enter NEET UG Roll Number, Application Number, and create your login credentials.
- Review and update personal, academic, and reservation category details if needed.
- Upload required documents/certificates (if not previously uploaded).
- Pay the required counselling / security registration fee through the online payment gateway (if applicable).
- Navigate to the “Choice Filling” section and select preferred Medical & Dental colleges in decreasing order of preference.
- Lock your submitted choices before the closing time on 09 September 2026.
- Download and print the Choice Submission Confirmation Page and Fee Receipt for reporting and verification.
