- PhD in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / RF and Microwave Engineering/ Embedded Systems or related field) OR

How to Apply for C-MET Recruitment 2026 (Offline)
- Candidates must download the prescribed application form from the official website www.cmet.gov.in (or from the notification PDF).
- Fill in all details accurately in the application form and paste a recent self-attested passport-size photograph in the designated space.
- Attach duly self-attested photocopies of all enclosures (Educational Qualifications, Date of Birth proof, Research Experience, Caste Certificate if applicable).
- Place the application form and all enclosures in an envelope.
- Write in BOLD LETTERS on the top of the envelope: ‘APPLICATION FOR ENGAGEMENT OF _________________ (HD/PN(H.Q.)/SP-102/2026)’.
- Send the fully completed application via Speed Post Only to: “The Centre Head, Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology (C-MET), IDA Phase-III, HCL (PO), Cherlapally, Hyderabad - 500 051”.
