BSNL Advocates/Law Firms Recruitment 2026 OUT - Apply Now
Eligible practicing Advocates and Law Firms can apply for empanelment for the 2026-2028 tenure using the prescribed bio-data proforma. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), UP (West) Telecom Circle, Meerut has issued the official notification under Notice No. UP(W)/LC/Advocate Empanelment/2026-28/85. Advocates empanelled with BSNL will represent BSNL before these courts and bodies: Allahabad High Court, CAT Allahabad Bench, CESTAT Allahabad, CGIT Lucknow, State Consumer Commission Lucknow, and District / Commercial Courts across Western Uttar Pradesh's 27 districts. Advocates with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and active court practice of 5 to 15+ years can submit physical applications on or before 16 November 2026 to the AGM (Legal), BSNL UP West Circle, Meerut.

How to Apply for BSNL UP West Advocate Empanelment 2026
- Use the link below to download the Bio-data format (Annexure-III) and official notification, or go to www.bsnl.co.in.
- Carefully enter all required details in the prescribed proforma.
- Attach a recent passport-size photograph to the bio-data at its top right corner.
- Attach self-attested copies of these mandatory documents: Bar Council Enrolment Certificate and the Identity Card issued by the Bar Council / Bar Association; LL.B. Degree Certificate; Income Tax Returns (ITRs) covering the last 3 years and a copy of the PAN Card. Include a list, with contact details, of other Government / PSU panels where the advocate currently holds empanelment. Provide details of cases handled for BSNL / PSU, along with copies of reported judgments. Also include a signed undertaking confirming that there are no disciplinary proceedings before any Bar Council and no blacklisting by Govt/PSUs.
- Put all documents inside an envelope. Write this on top: “Application for Empanelment of Advocates/Law Firms in UP(W) Circle”.
