Educational Criteria
| Tax Assistant | Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent. Basic computer proficiency with Data Entry Speed of 8,000 key depressions per hour. |

CGST Lucknow Recruitment 2026: Sports Eligibility Criteria
- Participation in any of the 65 recognized sports disciplines is required. These disciplines are listed in DoPT Office Memorandum No. DOPT-1720781414772, dated 04.03.2024.
- Any one of these sports performance levels must be met: - Represented a State or the Country at a competition at National or International level. - Won medals in Junior National Championships, Khelo India Youth Games (in an age category above 18 years), Khelo India Winter Games, Khelo India Para Games, Khelo India University Games, or School Games Federation of India (SGFI). - Played for their University in Inter-University Tournaments that the Inter-University Sports Board conducted. - Played for the State School Team in National Sports/Games that the All India School Games Federation conducted. - For Chess, held a Grand Master (GM) title or International Master (IM) title (in Open category / Woman Grandmaster), participated in the Chess Olympiad, or won medals in National Open Chess Championship / National Team Chess Championship.
