- Complete the One Time Registration (OTR) process if you are a new applicant (already registered users can log in directly).
- Navigate to the active application link for “APPSCCE-2026 (Preliminary Examination)”.
- Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, communication address, and category details carefully.
- Upload scanned images of passport-size photograph, signature, APST certificate, and degree certificate in the specified formats.
- Pay the non-refundable examination fee of ₹200/- online (PwD candidates are exempted).
- Verify all entries before final submission, as no changes will be allowed after final submission.
- Submit the application form on or before 20 October 2026 (05:00 PM).
