TET / CTET Requirement
- CTET / State TET is NOT mandatory for appearing in the AWES Online Screening Test (OST).
- However, passing CTET/TET is mandatory at the time of appointment as TGTs and PRTs. Those who have not qualified CTET/TET may only be considered for Ad-hoc vacancies.

- Graduate with B.Ed (Special Education) OR B.Ed (General) with a 1-year/2-year Diploma in Special Education OR B.Ed (General) with PG Diploma in Special Education.
- Advance Diploma or Diploma in Computing & Hardware with knowledge in at least two: Networking/LAN Admin, OS, RDBMS with programming.
- B.E. / B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE OR MCA/M.Tech/MSc Computer Science.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, AI, Robotics, IoT. (1-3 years experience preferred).
- Graduate + Certificate on Shooting Coach.
- Former International Shooter / National Medalist with Min. 3 years coaching experience. (NIS Diploma / ISSF / NRAI certified).
