Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) has declared the UPTAC 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result on July 18, 2026. Registered candidates who successfully locked their choices can now log in to the official counselling portal uptac.samarth.edu.in to check their allotted college and branch. Candidates must submit their Freeze/Float option and pay the seat acceptance fee on or before the deadline of 20 July 2026.

Admission Basis
- Admission is purely based on the candidate’s JEE Main 2026 Rank / Scorecard.
- For PG and other courses, CUET UG / CUET PG scores are applicable.
- Allotment is prepared based on category, sub-category, and college-branch choices locked by the candidate.
Eligibility
- Candidates who successfully registered and paid the UPTAC 2026 counselling fee.
- Candidates who locked their college preferences during the Choice Filling window (13-16 July 2026).

How to Check UPTAC 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment Result
- Visit the official UPTAC counselling website at uptac.samarth.edu.in.
- Go to the candidate login section, enter your Registration Number or Registered Email ID along with your Password, and log in.
- On your candidate dashboard, click on the “Seat Allotment Result” link.
- Your allotted college, course/branch, and category details will be displayed on the screen.
- Select your preferred option: Freeze (to accept the current seat) or Float (to participate in subsequent rounds for upgrading).
- Pay the mandatory Seat Acceptance Fee online using a Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
- After securing the seat, download and print the Allotment Letter for physical reporting and future reference.
