- An MBBS Degree (or recognized PG Degree/Diploma) is required from a recognized University / College that is included in the NMC Schedule.
- Completing the compulsory rotating internship is required.
- Registration must be permanent with either the State Medical Council or National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Physical and medical fitness must meet Armed Forces standards.
- An MBBS Degree (or PG Medical Degree/Diploma) is required from a Medical College/University that is recognized.

- Upload scanned copies of these documents: 10th marksheet (Date of Birth proof), MBBS degree certificate, State/NMC medical registration certificate, internship completion certificate, your passport-size photograph and signature.
