- Open psc.wb.gov.in, the official website of West Bengal Public Service Commission.
- If you have not registered earlier, complete One-Time Registration (OTR) through the portal.
- Use your Enrolment Number / User ID and Password to log in.
- Select Clerkship Examination, 2024 (Advt. No. 12/2024) from the section for active notification.
- Enter your educational qualifications and personal details, along with your communication address and preferred examination centre code.
- Choose the language for your typing test: English 20 wpm or Bengali 10 wpm.
- Upload your scanned signature and passport-size photograph, following the prescribed specifications.
