- Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with marks of at least 50%, or a qualifying postgraduate degree that meets the stated conditions. They must also hold a B.Ed. degree from a programme recognized by NCTE. Passing the upper-primary level (Classes 9-12) Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), conducted by the State Government or Government of India, is also required.
