- Intermediate (10+2) must be completed from a recognized education Board.
- A 06-month certificate course in DCA (Diploma in Computer Applications).
- Fluent communication in English, Hindi, and Jharkhand’s local languages.
- Working computer knowledge, including Internet navigation and the MS Office suite.
- Preference will go to candidates who hold an Arogya Mitra experience certificate.
- A recognized University’s Graduation Degree in any discipline.
- At least 02 years of experience as a manager implementing Government health programme / Health Insurance.
- A computer operation certificate course lasting at least 01 year.
- Fluent communication in both English and Hindi.
- A recognized University’s full-time regular MBA in Health Care or Master’s in Health.
- At least 05 years of experience implementing Government health insurance programmes.
- Fluent communication in English / Hindi, with working computer skills.
