- Download these documents: the circular for deputation, Annexure-I (Eligibility Criteria), Annexure-II (Bio-data Proforma), and Annexure-III (Duties & Responsibilities).
- Officers who are eligible and willing must complete the prescribed Bio-data proforma (Annexure-II), providing it in duplicate.
- Route the application through the proper channel / Cadre Controlling Authority. Attach these documents: Bio-data prepared in duplicate using the proforma; a Cadre Clearance Certificate issued by the parent department; an Integrity Certificate plus a Vigilance Clearance Certificate; a statement listing Major / Minor penalties, if any, imposed on the officer over the last 10 years; and photocopies of APARs / ACRs covering the last 5 years (2020-21 to 2024-25). Every page of these photocopies must be duly attested by an officer whose rank is at least Under Secretary. Also attach self-attested copies of certificates for educational qualifications and experience.
