NPCC Limited Officers Vacancy 2026: Total 12 Posts
- Requires a minimum of 18 years of post-qualification experience in HR/Personnel, along with MBA / Post Graduate Degree / PG Diploma in HR / Personnel Management.
- The required minimum CTC is Rs. 23.91 Lakh p.a. Alternatively, 2 years in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 80,000-2,20,000/- / CDA Level 13 are required.
- Requires CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) and 08 years of post-qualification experience covering corporate finance along with budgeting, treasury, taxation and accounts. Familiarity with GST & Ind AS is desirable.
- The CTC must be at least Rs. 11.96 Lakh p.a., or candidates must have 2 years in the pay scale of Rs. 40,000-1,40,000/-.
- Requires 08 years of post-qualification experience covering HR policy and recruitment, along with IR, welfare and labour laws. The qualification required is MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma in HR / Personnel Management.

- Requires B.E. (CS/IT) / MCA and 08 years of post-qualification experience managing information systems along with networking, hardware and enterprise software.
