LIC Housing Finance Limited (LIC HFL) has issued the official notification inviting applications for 232 Graduate Apprentices under the LICHFL Apprenticeship Program-010 at its offices across India. Applicants aged 20 to 25 years with a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream awarded by a recognized university/institute can apply through the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal. Online applications run from 20 October 2026 until 01 November 2026. Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of up to ₹ 16,650/- during 12 months of on-the-job training. Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: As on 01.10.2026, candidates must have completed Graduation in any discipline at a recognized University / Institute. Their graduation must not have been completed before 01-Oct-2001.
- Registration on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal is required for candidates.
- After candidates complete the training successfully, the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) will issue them a Proficiency Certificate.
Stipend Details & Exam Pattern
- Monthly Stipend: ₹ 16,650/- per month applies to Metro Cities: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and Surat. For Other Cities / Towns, the amount is ₹ 14,150/- per month.
- Online Remote Proctored Examination: The duration is 60 Minutes, with 100 MCQs carrying 100 Marks. General / Financial Awareness has 25 Questions worth 25 Marks; General English has 25 Questions worth 25 Marks; Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude has 25 Questions worth 25 Marks; Quantitative Aptitude has 25 Questions worth 25 Marks.
- Candidates may take the exam at home on a smartphone or computer equipped with a camera.

How to Apply for LIC HFL Graduate Apprentice Recruitment 2026
- Step 1 (NATS Portal Registration): Open nats.education.gov.in, the official MHRD/MoE NATS portal. Use the “Student Register/Login” section for registration to get your 16-digit Enrolment ID.
- Step 2 (LIC HFL Application): Access the NATS portal through your login and find the “LICHFL” Apprenticeship Advertisement. Choose your desired training location/district and apply from 20 October 2026 to 01 November 2026.
- Step 3 (BFSI SSC Fee Payment): Once your submission on NATS is successful, BFSI Sector Skill Council of India ([email protected]) will email you. The email will invite you to finish your application and provide district choices at beep.bfsissc.com.
- Step 4: Use the payment link to pay the examination fee online on or before 01 November 2026. This fee is non-refundable.
- Step 5: Eligible candidates will get credentials for the online proctored entrance exam one day before its scheduled date, 07 November 2026, if they complete fee payment.
- Candidates who qualify in the online test will receive a call for document verification and a personal interview on 15 November 2026 at local LIC HFL offices.
