- A recognized University / Institute must have awarded the Graduate / Postgraduate Degree in an allied discipline or in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Labour Relations or Social Work.
- Relevant professional experience of 5 to 10 years covering HR operations, onboarding, employee records, statutory compliance, attendance and training coordination.
- A recognized University / Institute must have awarded the Postgraduate Degree / MBA / PGDM, with specialization in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations.
- Extensive professional experience of 23 to 25 years in senior management roles, covering strategic HR planning, performance management, industrial relations, workforce development and labor laws compliance.
