- Salary: Rs. 95,000/- per month.
- An MBBS degree from an institution with NMC / MCI recognition.
- At least 05 years of experience gained after completing the internship.
- Salary: Rs. 95,000/- per month.
- A BDS degree awarded by a recognized institution / Dental Council of India.
- Minimum 05 years of work experience.
- Salary: Rs. 36,500/- per month.
- Either a GNM Diploma OR the Class-I Nursing Assistants Course (Armed Forces).
- Minimum 05 years of work experience.
- Salary: Rs. 36,500/- per month.
- B.Pharmacy earned at a recognized institute, OR 10+2 in the Science stream (PCB) together with an approved Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) that PCI recognizes.
- Pharmacist registration under the Pharmacy Act 1948.
- Minimum 03 years of experience.
- Salary: Rs. 36,500/- per month.
- B.Sc. (Medical Lab Technology) plus at least 03 years of experience working as a Lab Assistant in a Medical Lab, OR
- 10+2 / Higher Secondary in Science, plus a Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (DMLT) and at least 03 years of experience working as a Medical Lab Assistant in a Medical Lab.
- Salary: Rs. 36,500/- per month.
- A Dental Hygienist diploma OR completion of the Class-I DH / DORA Course (Armed Forces).
- At least 05 years of relevant experience.

- Download both the standardized ECHS Application Form proforma and the format for the Affidavit / Undertaking.
- Use standard A4 paper to print the application form. Clearly fill every mandatory field: Name, Date of Birth, Qualification, Experience, Contact Details, and Email ID.
- Paste recent passport-size coloured photographs on both copies in the spaces provided.
