- Paste a recent passport-size photograph with your self-attestation directly on the application form.
- Enclose self-attested photocopies of needed papers: qualification certificates from Matriculation to Graduation and Post-Graduation, Work Experience or Service Certificate, the latest promotion order confirming your substantive grade, and a copy of the Pension Payment Order (PPO) for PRCE or retired applicants. Serving staff must also provide an NOC with Vigilance / D&AR Clearance in Annexure-II from their parent department. All applicants must attach APARs / ACRs for the last 05 (five) years.
