DMMU Birbhum Community Resource Person Recruitment 2026 OUT - 14 Posts
An official recruitment notification, Memo No. 3544/IX-63/DMMU/BIR, has been issued by District Mission Management Unit (DMMU) & District Rural Development Cell (DRDC), Birbhum, Government of West Bengal. It covers the engagement of 14 Community Resource Persons (CRP) for the MKSP-IFC Farm Livelihood programme under the DAY-NRLM / WBSRLM project. DMMU Birbhum Vacancy Details 2026: Total 14 Posts
- The applicant must be a woman with active membership in an NRLM Self-Help Group (SHG).
- A pass in the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2 / Class 12th) or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board / Council is required.
- At least 03 years of work as CRP, Meen Mitra, Van Sakhi, PMK, or another community cadre under DAY-NRLM is required. A certificate issued by the concerned BDO is mandatory.
- The applicant must be a valid elector whose name appears in Birbhum district’s current electoral roll.
- Applicants should be willing to attend training inside/outside the State and work on any MKSP-IFC project in Birbhum.
- (Candidates who are selected must resign from any other post/services they hold as a Govt/NGO/ICDS/ASHA/VRP/PRI worker or office bearer).

Selection Procedure & Examination Pattern
| Stage 1 | Written Examination (90 Marks): The written exam consists of 45 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) carrying 2 marks each. Duration of the examination will be 1 hour 30 minutes (90 minutes). Questions will be based on Class 10th standard syllabus covering Mathematics, English, General Knowledge, NRLM-related schemes/topics, and basic computer knowledge. |

- Go to birbhum.gov.in, Birbhum’s official district website, or visit the concerned Block Development Office (NRLM Section).
- For Community Resource Person (CRP), download the prescribed Application Form format and print it.
- Use capital letters to enter all required information: Applicant Name, Father’s / Husband’s Name, Date of Birth, SHG Name, Gram Panchayat, Block, and Contact Details.
- Attach a recent passport-size coloured photograph to the box provided on the application form.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of these mandatory documents. For Proof of Age, provide Madhyamik / Class 10th Admit Card or Birth Certificate. For Proof of Residence, provide Aadhaar Card or Voter ID (EPIC). For Proof of Educational Qualification, provide the Higher Secondary (10+2) Marksheet or Certificate. For Proof of Experience, provide a 3 Years’ Experience Certificate for work in NRLM, with issuance and countersignature by the concerned BDO.
- Place all enclosures and the completed application form inside an envelope. Write “Application for the Post of Community Resource Person (CRP) under MKSP-IFC Project” on the envelope.
