- Download both the application form (Annexure-I) and the vacancy circular (F.No. I/18864/2026).
- Complete the bio-data form with your personal details, educational qualifications, service record and driving experience. Prepare it in triplicate (3 copies).
- Paste recent passport-size colour photographs into the provided space.
- Attach photocopies that are self-attested: educational certificates, driving licence, proof of date of birth and caste certificate (if applicable).
- Give your parent employer or cadre controlling authority the completed application form in triplicate for verification and counter-signature.
- Your employer must forward the application to the address below with these documents: attested APARs/ACRs covering 5 years, Integrity Certificate, Vigilance Clearance, and Major/Minor Penalty Certificate covering the last 10 years. Each page of the APARs/ACRs must be attested by an officer holding Under Secretary rank or above:
