- An Engineering Graduate with B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc (4 Years) must have studied at a college approved by AICTE in these disciplines: Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Communication / Telecommunication.
- AMIE / AMIETE / GIETE holders in the above disciplines are eligible too.
- General / OBC / EWS candidates need First Class; SC / ST / PwBD candidates need Pass Class.
- An Engineering Graduate in Mechanical Engineering must hold B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc (4 Years) from a college approved by AICTE.

- Select the “Recruitment of Probationary Engineers - Advt. No. 17556/HR/All-India/2026” link.
- Use “To Register” with your active Mobile Number and Email ID to create your Application Sequence Number and Password.
- Use your credentials to login again. Enter Personal Details, Contact Information, Category, and your Qualification details.
- From the available examination cities across India, select 5 exam centres and rank them by your preference.
- Upload a recent passport-size color photograph with a white background (100 KB to 200 KB). Also upload your signature (80 KB to 150 KB). Use JPG/JPEG format for both.
- Preview all details you entered and check them before you click submit. Changes are not allowed after submission.
- Use SBI e-Pay Lite to pay Rs. 1,180/- as the online application fee, if applicable. Pay through Net Banking, Card, or UPI.
- Download the submitted application form along with the payment receipt, and print both for future reference. Candidates are NOT required to send BEL any hard copies.
